Summertime Yard Sale, Car Wash & BBQ!

Picture
WHAT: Car Wash, Barbecue, and Yard Sale
WHEN: Friday August 6, 2010 starting at 11:00 AM
WHERE:  Discovery North Bay Museum--Downtown North Bay
BRIEF: Discovery North Bay Museum is hosting a charity fundraiser to help support our local programming and exhibit redevelopment. As a non profit organization, we will be running a car wash, barbeque and yard sale, as well as activities for children.  We will be serving hamburgers and hotdogs on the barbeque along with ice cold beverages in exchange for cash donations.

We are also looking for donations of items for our yard sale, so if you have been thinking about cleaning out the basement, attic or crawl space, now is the perfect time.  Please bring any unwanted items to the museum at the old CPR station, and help us preserve your community’s heritage.
